WARRANTY
1. TRACTOAMERICA warrants all "Quality Replacement Parts" it
distributes to be free from defect in material and workmanship under normal
use and service.
2. The responsibility of TRACTOAMERICA is limited to repairing, or at its
option, replacing said part that upon examination is determined by
TRACTOAMERICA to have been defective. Failures other than those resulting
from defects in material or workmanship which are solely a consequence of
owners abuse and/or inadequate maintenance are not covered under this
warranty.
3. There are no warranties expressed or implied, including warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose by TRACTOAMERICA except
the warranty against defect in material and workmanship. This warranty does
not cover any incidental or consequential damages, nor can TRACTOAMERICA be
held responsible for downtime expenses, transportation expenses nor any
business costs or losses resulting from a warrantable failure.
4. The warranty of these parts begins on the date of invoice and expires
based on the table below:
PRODUCTS - WARRANTY
- Undercarriage - 1 year or
1,000 hours.
- Ground Engaging Tools -
Warranty against breakage, maximum 90 days.
- Engine Parts - 1 year or
1,800 hours or 160,000km.
- Filters - 6 months or 250
hours.
- Bolts & Nuts - 90 days.
- Electrical Components,
Hoses & OEM Parts - Do not have any warranty.
- Starters & Alternators
- 90 days.
- All Other Parts - 6 months.
